Driving Directions
Driving from the South (Downtown Dallas)
Proceed North on I-35 and take the Tollway exit (by the American
Airlines Arena). The Tollway exit will place you onto the feeder to the Toll
Plaza ($.75). Proceed North on the North Dallas Tollway until you get to the
Toll Plaza at Spring Valley Rd. (about 15-20 minutes in moderate traffic). When
you see the signs for the Spring Valley Exit you should move into the far right
lanes. Exit at Spring Valley and stay on the access road for approximately .5
miles. Proceed North bound along the frontage road and move to the far left
lane. The second stoplight after you exit the Tollway will be Quorum Dr. When
you get to the light at Quorum make a left turn. Immediately make another left
turn on to the southbound access road for the Tollway. You will see the Texans
Insurance building on your right located on the Southwest corner of Quorum Dr.
and the Dallas North Tollway. Turn immediately right into the parking lot and
proceed past the breezeway and the entrance to the garage will be on your left.
There are visitor parking spots marked in 2 places, one in front of the
building the other in the garage. You may also go to the top of the parking
garage where you may park in any open space. Please do not park in any spaces
marked ‘Reserved’. Once inside the building proceed to the 5th floor and check
in with the receptionist.
Driving from the North (Frisco, Plano area)
Proceed South on the North Dallas Tollway until you reach the Belt Line/Quorum
Dr. Toll Plaza Exit. You will want to be in the far right lanes to exit.
Proceed south on the frontage road. Cross over Arapaho and Belt Line Roads and
continue south bound along the frontage road and move to the far right lane.
You will see the Texans Insurance building on your right located on the
Southwest corner of Quorum Dr. and the Dallas North Tollway. Turn immediately
right into the parking lot and proceed past the breezeway and the entrance to
the garage will be on your left. There are visitor parking spots marked in 2
places, one in front of the building the other in the garage. You may also go
to the top of the parking garage where you may park in any open space. Please
do not park in any spaces marked ‘Reserved’. Once inside the building proceed
to the 5th floor and check in with the receptionist.
Driving from DFW Airport
When leaving the airport follow the instructions to the North Airport Exit.
After going through the toll plaza at the North Exit continue North Bound until
you see the exit for I-635 EAST. Take the exit for I-635 East and continue
eastbound (approximately 20-25 minutes in moderate traffic) until you reach the
northbound North Dallas Tollway Exit (please note it is very easy to
accidentally take the southbound exit so stay alert). Don’t take the North
Dallas Parkway exit or you will wind up on frontage roads. The Highway
Department worked very hard to make this exit as confusing as possible. Once
you are Northbound on the North Dallas Tollway stay in the right hand lane. The
first exit you will come to is the Toll Plaza at Spring Valley Rd. When you see
the signs for the Spring Valley Exit you should move into the far right lanes.
Exit at Spring Valley and stay on the access road for approximately .5 miles.
